| Johnson has a nice burst and enough speed to take it the distance against most teams. He runs hard and can make defenders miss in the open field. He will need to add some muscle and weight but runs hard to help compensate for it now. John Wallpher / Scout |

| As a senior, Johnson received Virginia AAA 1st Team All-State honors.
2008: 229 carries for 1,969 yards and 24 touchdowns. Voted first-team all-Central Region, first team all-Metro and second-team all-Group AAA. |
