| Productive high school back. Smooth, instinctive runner who is elusive and quick. He does not have super top end speed, but has solid burst and can make cuts without having to slow himself. He is a good receiver out of the backfield and can make things happen in space. However, he is light in the lower body and will need to add weight and strength to be able to break tackles and maintain durability at the college level. - Allen Trieu |

| Braylon Heard finished his junior season with 959 yards rushing and nine scores. He also had two interceptions on defense.
Heard wants to major in psychology and reports a 2.5 core GPA and is taking the SAT in June.
Heard: “I have great speed. I’m fast and can breakaway quickly. I’m very aggressive too and play quick. I think I’m probably a better running back, but I’ll play whichever position the schools want me to play.”
He says he can bench 312-pounds, but still wants to get stronger. “I want to improve my upper body. I want to be more physical on the field and improve my blocking and jamming a guy.”
