Bearcats May Have Suffered Early Loss

One of the promising freshmen on the Bearcats roster so far in camp has been linebacker Solomon Tentman. While official word has not been released from the University of Cincinnati, Tentman was helped off the field and Coach Butch Jones feared for the worse after practice.

“We were counting on Solomon, “ Jones told members of the media. “It’s unfortunate, but it’s part of the game. He was making great strides and great progress. I just feel for him but I know he’ll battle back and he’ll be fine.”

Tentman, a product of Roger Bacon High School, is believed to have suffered a knee injury that Coach Jones feared was a torn ACL.

At some point in the next few days Bearcat fans will learn the extent of Tentman’s injury.
