Pike To QB In Senior Bowl

Former University of Cincinnati quarterback Tony Pike has accepted an invitation to play in the 2010 Senior Bowl in Mobile, Alabama.

Tony Pike who led the Cincinnati Bearcats to a 12-1 record and Sugar Bowl appearance in 2009 will join another Brian Kelly tutored quarterback Dan LeFevour (Central Michigan) and Oregon State’s Sean Canfield as the North squad signal callers.

Pike finished his senior season with 2,520 passing yards, despite missing three games due to injury and earned All-Big East honors. For his career Tony posted 5,018 yards and 49 touchdowns earning him fourth and second position on the Bearcats all-time record list.

The game will be played on January 30, 2010 at 3 p.m. ct.
