Bearcat Insider has learned wide receiver Armon Binns a 6’4 - 190 wide receiver has given University of Cincinnati head coach Brian Kelly his verbal commitment after his official visit this past weekend.
Binns who is from Pasadena, California is the latest commitment from this past weekends recruiting visits.
