Whitlow Talks Offer From Bearcats

Opelika (Ala.) Opelika High School defensive end Quandeski Whitlow has picked up a new offer. Whitlow talks to Insider about his latest BCS offer, making this his sixth offer going into his senior year.

Opelika (Ala.) Opelika High School defensive end Quandeski Whitlow has received a new scholarship offer from Cincinnati. The 6-foot-4, 225-pound junior finish his season with 52 tackles, 14 quarterback hurries and 2.5 sacks for Opelika. Asked how it feels to receive this offer from UC?

"It feels great," said Whitlow. "Just waiting on the visit for junior day." UC junior day is scheduled for March 22nd.

Whitlow currently holds offers from South Alabama, Southern Miss, Kentucky Louisville and Vanderbilt. Whitlow talked about how the UC offer was a surprise to him.

"I never would've imagine UC too offer me," Whitlow said. "Knowing I'm in the SEC area, but it excites me to have them offer me."

Insider asked Whitlow what could Bearcat Nation except from the defensive end, he had this to say.

"I think the UC fans should know I'm a child of God, I always put him first," said Whitlow.
